What we collect

Account information (name, email), your company profile (services, hours, pricing ranges, service area), and call data handled by your AI receptionist: caller name and number, call recordings and transcripts where enabled, summaries, and appointment details.

How we use it

To operate your front desk: answer calls, book appointments, notify you, and produce your reports. We do not sell personal information. Call data is shared only with the service providers that power the system (voice AI, telephony, billing, email) and only as needed to provide the Service.

Call recording

Call recording and disclosure settings are configurable per company. You are responsible for enabling the disclosure message where your state requires consent. Two-party consent states (including Illinois) should keep the disclosure enabled.

Text messages & email

We send texts only where consent has been captured (for example, a caller agreeing to receive a booking confirmation, or an owner opting into call summaries). Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address; opt-outs are honored via a suppression list.

Retention & deletion

Call logs and transcripts are retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us; we delete within 30 days except where law requires retention.
